Meine Arbeiten beginnen draußen, dort, wo Licht und Schatten stets neue Geschichten erzählen. Ich schätze diese Momente in der Natur und erkunde in meinem Skizzenbuch Licht, Schatten und neue Farbkombinationen.

Im Atelier entstehen daraus Landschaften, in denen die Dynamik und Energie des ursprünglichen Moments spürbar werden. Landschaften, die vom Betrachtenden erfahren und erspürt werden wollen und zugleich offen bleiben für individuelle Interpretationen.

Nature inspires me. My love for mountains, seascapes or woodlands stimulates my creative process and influences my work. I cherish the moments outside – where I can explore light and shadow in my sketchbook and create colour combinations which fascinate me.

Inspired by natural landscapes and built upon numerous outdoor sketches, my paintings convey the feeling of a place rather than a literal record of seeing it. They invite the viewer to immerse themselves in the atmosphere and discover their own personal interpretation.
